Not able to order replacement parts ,the knobs are the only ones listed, back when I needed a knob I was told they sell or furnish parts for burners under warranty only . To me that is bad business.

What is the purpose of the grate on top? Surely it cannot be a surface for grilling food, beans will simply fall through into the fire and meat will stick if it doesn't fall through?

Can you show us how to install with an 8oz cannister that isn't GasOne specific? Customer Service said any 8 oz. butane for cooking cannister would work, but they don't have this notch shown on the Gas One branded cannisters, and these branded cannisters aren't available in stores -- at least in Washington State.
