CORRECTION AT 16 MINUTES & 31 SEC. Mistake : Exit Load is calculated on NAV + Dividend. CORRECTION: calculate exit load on only NAV i.e. exit load on 4,90,000 Rs/-
@R.V Sharma sir half of the problem is that many students are NRI who have to wake up from 4:30 am in chilling morning to attend the lectures....as a very obvious and natural human instinct not everyone can attend the lecture and the one's who can after attending continuos classes of other subjects aren't in the condition to pay the amount of attention required to understand the questions you teach and maybe that's why most of them are facing issues Also most of the students are confused with the annuity thing in books it's written it's paid at the end but on your first comment you mentioned that annuity due and immediate annuity are same ..thus it's a humble request please start recording your lectures just like every other teacher in symbiosis does.. without getting recorded any inappropriate words in their recording The message is from majority of the students ..kindly consider this sir
Okay.....then .. let's start recording again...... But I am afraid that student have inappropriate dialogues/songs played during lectures and it's on record...for instance today (3 dec, 2020)in D- div one student played a song during lecture....thank god it was not recorded. Never mind....let start.

Sir, the question at 29:40 Immediate annuities are annuities paid in the beginning of the period...so sir is the solution wrong since the question mentions immediate annuity while you've solved it for Regular Annuity? Also, The Pune University textbook as the same error throughout the exercises & the theory!!!!!
Yes....we have to solve according to the correct definition....we had solved and corrected the question and answer in the teams class
@@r.vsharma5140 OKAY SIR! THANK YOU!!!!
Are ye kis line mai aagye aap
It's a old vedio....2 years old I believe
Sir I had a doubt in trunkation rule! Sir there are times when there are multiple decimals during the course of solving So sir is it only the final result where we must trunkate the decimals or is it everywhere we find non terminating decimals in the solution?
We are truncating only the last answer for the powers or the numbers related to power expansion.
@@r.vsharma5140 Okay sir..so that means if we are multiplying x³ & y² to get the final answer Only the final result's decimals would be truncated while all of decimals of x³ & y² would be considered Right?
Yes......it would better if you ask this truncation in lecture...when ever there is our lecture please ask.....because we are following truncation rule only for our Symbiosis exams.......I will explain again clearly.
@@r.vsharma5140 Okay sir!
CORRECTION: Annuity Due and Immediate Annuity are same. In this type the installment is deposited on the first day or in the beginning of year or annuity period. Where as , Ordinary Annuity or Regular Annuity is the type where the installment is deposited in end of year or Annuity period.
Sir, which one do we have in our course? Is it the Regular Annuity or Immediate Annuity?
@@aayushkumar5513 both.....we have both
@@r.vsharma5140 OKAY SIR!
Thanku sir for this beautiful explanation
CORRECTION: 2.5 YEARS = 30 MONTHS (NOT 29)
No sir......I think it's 29 months only. Bcoz when we multiply 2 with 12 then we get 24 months. And when we add remaining 5 months then we get 29 months
But if we multiply 2.5 directly with 12 then we get 30 months.
So which method should we use????
Use any method....but keep in mind 2.5 years is 30 months.
Ok sir
sir @19.16 min. i have a question that 2.5 years should be... 1 year =12 months so 2.5 years = 30 months na but u have told its 29 months so can u explain how??
Yes I have mentioned this mistake done by me in the class.
2.5 years is 30 months. I also request you to give attention in regular class ...because some error in YT vedio is pointed therein class.
Thank u so much
