Kötbullar is a traditional Swedish menu which I cook in an actual Swedish forest in this video. I also make mashed potatoes and add lingonberries that I pick directly in the forest. I think it is a wonderful thing to pick the ingredients you need for a menu in nature.

Blueberries and Lingonberries are ripe now in Swedish nature where this video was recorded. Let me show you how I use these berries to cook delicious pancakes on a fire in the middle of nowhere. I just pick the berries and then directly put them on the pancakes in the pan while the dough is still fluid so they sink in. I also put cream on top of the pancakes which I whip directly out in nature....

Stimmt eigentlich, in der Küche kann ich Leber in vielen Varianten. Die auch schmeckt. Hätte ich die jetzt draußen gekockt, hätte meine auch nicht wirklich geschmeckt. Aber die Nährstoffe sind ja trotzdem drinnen.

Richtig geil. Da kann man sich nicht genug Zeit lassen mit dem Essen. Frische Luft, schöner Wald und geiles Essen.
Eier esse ich auch täglich. Gibt verschiedene Rezepte auch und Würzungen. Was auch einfach immer geht bei mir ist Fisch bzw. Lachs.
Sieht gut aus, aber irgendwie fehlt mir da die Kruste auf dem Fleisch!

Ich habe für mich festgestellt, dass ich eine gewisse Menge Leber essen kann, aber wenn es zu viel ist, schmeckt es mir nicht mehr so. Wie bei zu viel Fleischkäse… wie war das bei dir? War ja schon eine große Portion.
Die Portion ging schon klar, aber täglich würde ich es auch nicht essen.
