I love having my morrisons delivery

Morrison’s are racked off my wife and I both work at the hospital long hours really difficult to find time to shop been a customer for 10 years plus and we can’t even get a slot now for delivery and when we do there is that many Substitutes it’s piss pore service when we have been committed to Morrison’s for years . Now lost a customer and will go elsewhere. Haven’t they ever heard look after your old customers instead of pissing about with new ones . There is no loyalty scheme or nothing we have just been ditched to one side .
