Great videos, you get right to the point where you don't waste anyone's time. I've been picking up FreeCAD quickly and learned a lot. Many tips come from you. Can't wait until the new release comes out soon. Thank you for all of your great work. It's truly appreciated. This is becoming to be a really nice CAD system and people just need to take the time to learn it and not try it for a day or two and quit., because it keeps getting better and better each time I use it.

Does setting points by coordinate not work? I get random diagonals entering discrete values in single directions perpendicular to the previous point.

i want to add 1. pad a rectangle 30 units 2. then a fillet on back face of 5 units 3. then a thickness on front face of 5 units (it should be make thickness inward and join type intersection) It gives me error

I cannot find this button in 1.0.0RC1 and it's driving me nuts! The Sub-Objects ShapeBuilder is there, but the normal on is missing.

I disagree with the comments, I actually think your video is rubbish but for only one reason. At the end of the video, your English is excellent but throughout the video when you are explaining the procedure, you speak way too fast and and it is impossible to understand you. You might just as well be speaking in your native language. Furthermore, you give one perfect scenario, unfortunately, we don't live in a perfect world. You've not covered any of the things that can go wrong. A very poorly thought through video.

that boolean operation is not intuitive in any way shape or form. Compared to what i have used of other programs - this particular feature is some halfassed nonsense. Might be there is a bug or two still present

Please would you make a tutorial to simple import a logo and add it to vertical face on a pre made box , and then embed the logo flush with the box face , next add text also to be flush with the front vertical face in freecad latest version , I can not find any methods to do this on UA-cam, many thanks .

At first I thought the mirrored part was fused to the original part, but that is not the case. I'm putting this here for anyone else who is confused about that. You can use press the spacebar to hide a part, and you can do this for both the original and mirrored part independently. Thanks for the video, it was really helpful.

Copy body is great when copying a simple and easy body, like in this video. In reality body copy is not that simple and can cause a lot of troubles. Think twice before doing so.
