Hi I have used it for 1 year and my feedback. Very bad software. Updates are useless to repair the major problems which is related in window size problems. You can not resize the window if you use it in normal mode. Which make the window appear small if using an hd monitor. If you open the window maximized you have to work in your 1ry monitor, if you move it to a 2ry monitor the settings button will not work (the settings list will not show up at all). The company seems not tried to use its software on a pc with dual monitors. The software for its eighteeth xray sensors works fine on dual monitors and can resize the window in normal mode and behaves normally as any windows app contrary to this helios app. The scanner can almost never scans a denture fitting surface. An absolute frustration if also try to scan an impression. Intraoral scanning is not bad but you will not see the color contrast between a black cord ang gums and finishing line ( I use Ultradent yellow cord size 00 and I see a purply hazy zone giving me a doubt of scanner accuracy?). Those are known issues since its debut and the updates has never made any improvements in them. They have no link for support on the scanner problems so I thought they may see my feedback and wake up a little.

I think in order to have precision you need a large field of view, if not the stitching process it’s the same as we can do with the regular scanner and scan bodies

Guys, I truseted your review and bought an Ackuretta sol 1 year ago and it was a regret. The company sold me the printer through their dealer here in Kuwait and the dealer has no idea how to maintain or support the printer. When I contacted Ayush the CEO OF THE COMPANY to help us solve the printer issues, he asked for 900usd as a coinciege package to teach us how to deal with the printer we refused this as it should be the job of the dealer. The printing experience as a whole is very bad and similar to many cheaper alternatives in the market. The resin is another scam story. They claim they are compatible with many resin companies, but when you actually buy it, they tell you it is still undervalidation e.g. Armadent resin. Even their own Curo resin, not all of it is working .e.g curo element white and curo ginigiva are not printable at all. In summary never buy it

how is it at picking up the distal contact when there is a tooth missing? I saw that you have your scanning depth down about halfway and still weren't having too much trouble, gives me hope there! Also, you didn't have to adjust the tissue slider all the way to the left to scan a model. That was always a pain for me.

And are you happy with bl2?

How does it compare to trios 5?

Is there a way to make models for implants in medit model builder? I have a hard time finding a case showing it

You should check out SprintRay printers, Wash, and Curing Machine. They’re super advanced!

Beware that when the palate is flat at the bottom of the model you’ve deformed the palate in the model. It’s barely noticeable but if you check with cut view you’ll see that the difference can be substantial.

The fact that the mmWave hub has to have mains power kills it for me. That means you can’t just have the laptop and the wireless scanner, you still have to have something plugged into a wall or a battery pack
