Smoked Pulled Ham with Pineapple | Game Changer!
Smoked Pulled Ham with Pineapple | Game Changer!
We try for the first time smoking a ham like we would a Boston Butt and pull it. This turned out amazing and we will do it again. Added pineapple and it came out with a sweet and savory taste with a tad of saltiness, little heat from the bark, and the sweetness of the pineapple.

I bought some of these after watching this video. They work pretty good, what I like the most is that they are thin enough that they don't interfere with opening and closing the hood on my 28" Range Top Combo griddle. I have a set of Blackstone wind guards but these work better to where the BS guards bind the hood. I need to pick up a couple more as I only got four initially just to try them out.

I don't think you want to enclose the front. You do need oxygen for efficiency in the flame, plus be able to see the flame when igniting.

I love my RT700. I live in Montana and I use it all the time in the cold weather with no issues. I dont normally run when bellow zero but when it gets above zero then game on. I do put the recteq insulated blanket on during the cold months and definately helps with pellet consumption. One thing you can guarantee with a recteq is consistent temps. Thing runs within a degree or two almost always. Really why I went with the recteq. My only complaints with the RT700 is that it has no removable second shelf or pellet drain. I have owned my RT700 for 4 or 5 years now.

Taylor was the greatest but he played at a time when o linemen probably weighed 275. Also you would have called offsides on offensive tackles on every other era of the nfl. They are 3 kick slides in by the time the ball gets to the qb now.

I'm originally from Austin and have a reverse-flow stick burner and put out some pretty legit Texas que. Thinking about throwing up a cinder block whole hog cooker and going Carolina style.

I prefer Killer Hogs, but also like Kosmos. With Kosmos, you have to go lighter with your coating for sure. I constantly make mistakes with oversalting, using rubs that are too salty. I'm starting to learn from it. Enjoy your content!!!
