[Traveling Ehime Prefecture] Spirited Away's Onsen Town with a touch of Demon Slayer
We were huge fans of Spirited Away, so we decided to visit Dogo Onsen in Ehime Prefecture, which is the model for Yubaba's Onsen.
The city of Matsuyama is also a hybrid of the Taisho Era, which is great for Demon Slayer fans as the architecture has a touch of the streets that Tanjiro traveled on his journey, and not forgetting the Mugen Train!

[Traveling Kukup, Malaysia] - Road Trip to the Seaside Town to Experience the Spirit of the Sea
Переглядів 76Місяць тому
Short road trip to Kukup, Malaysia for a weekend getaway. The seaside town of Kukup is known for its kelong-like architecture surrounded by the sea. It's also a great place for seafood and fishing. Decided to dust off the camera and capture a cinematic vlog of this rustic place. No ND filter was used, bumping the shutter speed is totally fine from the layman's view. Shot handheld with stabiliza...

[Traveling Shikoku, Japan] Road Trip to Oboke Gorge & Kochi City

Our road trip in the Shikoku countryside took us to the Oboke Gorge and Kochi City (the city of Kochi Prefecture) after Nagaro Scarecrow Village. Kochi City is a small and laid-back city, however, the hospitality of the locals and the food is amazing. #shikoku #japan #tokushima
[Traveling Shikoku, Japan] Nagoro Scarecrow Village in Tokushima Prefecture - Scary and dangerous?
Переглядів 824 місяці тому
In this episode of the Shikoku vlogs, we visited the Nagoro Scarecrow Village in Miyoshi, Tokushima prefecture, Japan. I've always wanted to visit, as the story and ruralness of the location captivated me. In this video, find out if it's dangerous to travel there and if the village is as creepy as it seems. It's really rural in the mountains, and I'll also share the best location to stay if you...
Naruto Theme Park (Konoha Hidden Village) on Awaji Island - Traveling Shikoku 2024

To kick off the Japan Shikoku 2024 series of vlogs, we first visited Kishiwada Castle in Osaka (to fulfill my wife's quest of collecting all Japan's top 100 castle stamps). Afterwards, we headed south to Awaji Island in Hyogo Prefecture, to visit the notorious Naruto x Boruto Theme Park! It's a fun and exciting place to be a ninja for a day. The quests are super technical and require effort to ...

Street Photography at Jalan Minyak - Singapore

Went back to my old "kampong" and did some street photography of the iconic spots of this seemingly old estate hidden in the forested hills of Chin Swee Road, near the Central Expressway of Singapore. Tested out the 1/4 Black Diffusion Filter by K&F with the Sigma 18-50mm f2.8 lens on a Sony A6700 body.

On the road again! In this vlog, we traveled from Barstow to Nevada and the Red Rock Canyon. The journey took us longer than expected, as we kept stopping to enjoy the sights and "side quests" that the desert had to offer such as Peggy Sue's diner and roadside fruit stores. Shot on the Sony A6700 and Sigma 18-50mm f2.8 #cinematic #vlog #sigma
Los Angeles Cinematic Travel Vlog 2023 - Still the City of Angels
Переглядів 12310 місяців тому
We visited Los Angeles and most parts of California in November 2023. Visited quite a few iconic places such as downtown LA, Hollywood Drive, Santa Monica, The Last Bookstore, The Grove, etc. I will say it is not as secure as it used to be, but it is still relatively safe for visitors. For now, there's really nothing exciting to visit in LA. The City of Angels still has its charms, but the crim...

I'm planning to get an ND filter. Where I'm from, I only have access to K&F Concept filters. Is there a one you'd recommend?
@@haridharini7929 K&Fs are good enough. I use some of their filters too :)
I miss 松山.
Beautiful place! ❤
Kukup is very hot! Recommend to bring fan, hat and apply tons of sunblock ~ 😂
Good video. Would like to check this Nagasaki port is it you have to pass through Unzen & Shimabara? Able to share your itinerary? Did you proceed to Mount Aso & Takachiho Gorge?
@@lingxinru6777 did not went to mount aso. But Takachiho Gorge yes! Not sure which way did I take cause it’s quite some time ago and I navigated from the Kumamoto port to the city using google maps.
Looks delicious!
First
I have the exact same setup, and planning to do a video of sultan mosque this week. Great to see yours!
Best of luck!
Wow!
nice video, may i know sigma lenses able to use the "active" steadyshot stablization mode? heard was only sony lenses exclusive. planning to get his camera and lenses combo. handheld record kids video , hope to get smooth steady video.
@@andrewwangcn916 hi Andrew. Thanks for watching. The active steady shot can be used with any type and brands of lenses. However as the sigma lens do not have OSS, it’s prone to be a little more jittery sometimes.
hello did you use a gimbal for this video?
@@szinetar hello, nope purely handheld
Congrats!
Enjoy your day
Thank you😊
멋진 디자인 이에요..👌
It looks gorgeous
Hi bro, chance upon ur channel while doing research for my kyushi road trip upcoming nov. Can i be bold to ask for your itinerary?
Haha sorry bro, I’m in Japan now and have no access to the documents. The itinerary is as per my UA-cam videos in an orderly manner. For the car rental you can consider brands such as times and budget.
@@Lowsesman would love to check with you about tolls and the do and donts for driving in Japan, my first road trip there
@@effex1781 driving is easy. Just make sure you rent the ETC card from your rental company, and they’ll just bill you after your trip. Use google maps, it’ll offer you toll and toll-free ways to your destination. Sometimes toll-free is faster or only has a less than 10 mins difference. If you rent from Toyota rent-a-car there’s also toll packages for a certain region.
Hi can share your full itinerary
Sure 😊
Is this 6700 also + 18-50?
Yea same lens
Hey ya nice video here. Did you face any heating issue? and also did you use the active stabilization in the camera?
No heating issues, despite using it in Singapore that is very hot and humid. Yes for some of the shots, I also used a FCPx plugin to stabilise further.
Long awaited video! Looks fun!
More to come!
hows the smoke ?
Not much tbh
So nice! I wanna go too ❤
Great information especially the ferry trip, thank you so much. Any reason you chose Ariake ferry from Taira port and not Kyushu/ Kumamamoto ferry from Shimabara port ?
I think due to the distance, timing and location. We had a scenic drive thru Kumamoto country side so it was quite worthwhile haha
This place was build by Country Garden for Chinese investors (Not for local Malaysian). After the collapse of Real State Market and the covid-19 in China, Chinese stop buying apartments for investments. The price of the units is too expensive for Malaysian people. Now only 10% are sold and only 1% are accommodated either by owners or tenants! At night, it is really look like a ghost city! In the day time you may see few people in the pool but most of them are just visitors. The shops are either empty or closed! Another failed Chinese projects. There are few ghost cities in China as well similar to Forest City, abandoned and unfinished projects.
isn't the footage jerky a bit? As if sd card was a slow one.
Hi there, reason that the footage looks a little choppy is due to the frame rate (nothing to do with SD cards be it a V30 V60 or V90).I’m filming on 25p which is the production standard from where I’m from (Singapore), and tbh it’s not really that compatible with UA-cam. The most optimal fps for UA-cam is 30p or 24p for a cinematic feel. Hope the above clarifies.
Hello,. Great video ! Some questions: 1) Where do you recommend to stay in Batam near convenience stores, street food markets and public transportation ? 2) Are there nice beaches/islands near Batam ? Thank you so much.
Hi Antonio, thanks for watching. The go-to hotel that I’ll always recommend is i-Hotel Baloi. It is a stone throw away from the major malls and nice food courts in Batam. If you’re looking for nice beaches, it’s rather far from central Batam, which is nearer to the Barelang bridge area or Nongsa. Some good and reasonably priced resorts would be KTM Beach Resort or Turi Beach Resort.
wow, so this is what haruna looks like.. i wanting to see a update on haruna when i saw noriayo vid but that was years ago.
Hahaha the speed bums at the 5 hair pin turns is a bummer.
Damn, you living the dream !!! May i know where and how you rent a car ?
Thanks for watching bro. I rented the car from Toyota Rent-a-car.
@@Lowsesman swee la bro. Going there in April . Wanna live my dream also 🤣
Your title is wrong. Not a Singaporean couple in Japan. It's a Chinese couple. You're ethnically Chinese.
Ethnically I’m Chinese yes, but I’ve written it as a representation of my country and as a traveller in Japan. Thanks for watching anyways
thank you great video, someday I will visit that place, Im from Europe
Thank you for watching! All the best to u visiting Shizuoka in the near future.
Hi bro these are shot on full manual? If i were to do vlogging with constant change of lighting which setting should i use?
Hi bro, yes this is shot on full manual with a ND filter. For vlogging I’ll suggest using shutter priority (with 180 degree shutter rule) and if there’s really constant change of lighting conditions, you can also use auto iso, but there’ll be the bloom effect whenever the iso ramps up or down.
What is the name of the yakiniku restaurant? I will be visiting Kyushu soon and would like to know!

That looks really nice and smooth for handheld. Did you use Catalyst Browse?
Thank you. I did not use catalyst browse for this video, just the internal stabilisation of FCPX. However there are limitations to that and only catalyst browse works for certain situations for me before :)
