How Kindness Serves as a Gateway to Gratitude - Randy McNeely
Randy McNeely, a former cybersecurity professional, is now a passionate advocate for kindness. With over 20 years of experience in private and public sectors, he helps entrepreneurs and organizations overcome toxic cultures through his 4-Stage Kindness Habit Framework and 5-Step Kindness Givers' Formula. Randy’s warm-hearted approach empowers businesses to thrive by fostering kindness-driven behaviors, creating stronger relationships, and achieving outstanding results.
This episode shows kindness as the gateway to gratitude and a catalyst for positive change. Randy McNeely emphasizes that small acts of kindness, when written in a Kindness Journal, help us relive and remember those moments, offering comfort during tough times.
Kindness is described as love in action-a force that fuels happiness, joy, and success. We feel valued and appreciated through love, and every kind act strengthens that connection.
With a simple 5-step guide, listeners are encouraged to start each day with purpose, seek opportunities to be kind, and reflect on the impact they've made. The message is clear: Kindness begins with us, and even the smallest actions can change lives.

NFL Player on Inspiring Others - You Are Always WINNING!
I don't remember any acts of kindness growing up. Also i don't get a lift from helping others although i do because of the moral code i was raised with.
Randy, it was a total honor to have the wonderful privilege of being on your show. Thank you so much for having me on as a guest. You are a fantastic interviewer!
This is not to be rude towards women ok. What I see now a days is that women have changed drastically from their conventional roles and turned into whimsical roles which are causing havoc to the families, to the men who built this world, communities and nations. Believe this or not but one day everyone should come to realization and change women to what they truly are.
Thank you for your comments. I believe that the point is to embrace the value of doubt in both science and faith
It is extremely ironic that you use a quote from atheist Richard Feynman to try to convince people to follow your religion. He also said “Religion is a culture of faith; science is a culture of doubt. I would rather have questions that can't be answered than answers that can't be questioned.” This video is just another example of religious people twisting other people's words to try to justify their own beliefs.
Thanks for the presentation brothers. Great to see you helping out, Devin! :D
Saturday 7-13-2024 Can i purchase some reprints. I can stare at your Art for ever. Detail and patience in oil painting...absolutely lovely
Thrill of the Hunt described on canvas such detail in paintings I can look at this Art for hours.
I love Art.
"...a photo that looks like THEM, not just what Randy looks like in a brown shirt". That is HUGE. I don't think I've ever seen so much wisdom on photography, delivered so intuitively, in such a short video. Thank you Justin!
white straight dudes will get to age 50 and go "being nice is good" and think its the biggest revelation ever
So good! Thanks!
So happy you you enjoyed it 🙏

WITH GRATITUDE, OPTIMISM IS SUSTAINABLE ! MICHAEL J. FOX ! The Actor. 👍🙋👏🙏😇
Love the talk on changing education. Love this approach. Grateful for new ways to love educate and uplift our children!
So happy you like it. Matt does amazing work and we’re lucky to be able to learn from him. Especially that he keeps learning and adapting as well.
The idea of baring your soul about your depression to a stranger is too depressing -- so is paying for it.
That was a genuinely paradigm-shifting point he made. Shared with my wife already :-)
So happy you enjoyed it. David’s book The Gift of Lift is definitely worth a read (or listen on audiobook). Cheers.
Fantastic book and an awesome podcast. Thanks Randy!
So happy you enjoyed it. You’re awesome!
sacred money? are you mentally ok?
Could someone kindly ask Chris Provost how his "giving love, support, and belief in others who may be struggling" fits in with him standing or walking in front of a fat person, pointing his camera over his shoulder at the fat person, and then smiling into the camera while making sure that fatty stays in view? Chris and Amanda often do this in their videos.
Thank you for sharing this valuable wisdom
You are so welcome
Stay on track with this project. Hope more fathers will adopt this in their parenting.
Religion IS child abuse
Do they marry the man or the man and his entire family?
Thats really a contradictory statement.
Yes! I LOVE the name!
Great to know these needs for attachment - nowadays I can't be bothered with romantic relationships for a plethora of reasons, one of them being the fact I had none of these met as a child/teenager. I had the misfortune of witnessing my parents' divorce when I was 5, AND taken to the courthouse to then understand, as an attorney, what that entailed. Life's a bitch... what can I do, remain in survivalist mode [flight]. Thank you for the info, wish you success!
I'm at the 10-minute mark and am blown away by Jeff's story about his wife's blood clots. Oh my goodness! So powerful! Loving this episode so far, especially since I know the both of you!
Excellent content and a beautiful reminder of the power of gratitude. I enjoyed learning that we are all always evaluating or creating. Thank you for being the spark to grow my own gratitude practice.
Have not spent a better 46 minutes in a long time. The Sparks and DR. Jenkins share valuable information on gratitude/perspective and how that creates energy. We choose every day what that energy will be. Thank You!
Patológica mente positivo, necesito leer eso ❤️
Just what I needed this morning! Thanks❤ 🙏🏻
