I have a piece of the collapsed dock it was left in the water to rot...also the original dock was washed away in Katrina, I believe. Stockton Fire & Rescue still has that truck, you have ask to see it tho.The tree across from the dock; visible in the background of your shot, it has boards nailed to it as a ladder, but is seen in the film. The interior shots were done in private homes in Bay Minette.

Just wanted to say that I absolutely loved this! Combined my love for the paranormal, my love for the supernatural, afterlife and mysteries as such.. and my love for family. Upon doing some research (I am heavily into genealogy) I discovered that Hank is a close cousin of mine (6th cousin, twice removed) So my childhood love of Hank has grown. It's ancestry.. he's an ancestor.. I absolutely loved this. I hope to go one day myself!

I used to go there all the time. Probably been there over 100 times. Pretty spooky place. Never had the gate close on me though. There is also another legend of a man who hung himself on the big oak tree, and you can see his hanging figure if you go on a hot day in august. I heard from a relative that the “cannibalistic albino” legend originated because the family members would guard the cemetery to prevent teenagers from partying there. Also, one of them would sit out there in a rocking chair with a shotgun, hence the rocking chair lady legend. But at the same time, my friend’s stepdad claims to have seen the “albinos” when he rode his bike down there as a kid, and my brother and my friend both claim to have seen an albino or some pale figure cross the road one night. I’ve also seen some weird stuff like a family throwing out a fridge and burning some stuff on the side of the road, and we’ve had a few encounters with some sketchy people out there. There’s a private drive with a gate on the right side of the road about halfway down, maybe that’s where the “albinos” live. If you come back to the area, you should go to the Garden of Hope cemetery in Gautier, MS, it’s way scarier. Great video!

I was just talkin about visiting his grave at work last week..its on my bucket list of things i want to do.. just like your talkin about i want to go at midnight..pay my respects as well a friendly word to the man i play on my speaker daily at work..but i dont believe hes on the lost high way..i believe hes in the loving embrace of Jesus and signin with the Angels

I called trying to get a room for September 6 2021 and a female child answered the phone.. At least I THOUGHT it was a little girl. Long story short... I asked her to speak to a grownup and the phone went dead. I never could figure out what that was all about, but I never could get another person to answer the phone again. And I TRIED!

Mid 1990s when I went to Northview, and it was always called the devil's church. They said the head of church kept getting dug up. They said the body was moved to an undisclosed location. I was out there doing doughnuts in my trans am, and my brakes went out for a second, almost hot that tree straight on.

Im from dothan and never heard of this and still could careless . This story comes from white kids who moved to that side of of town 40 years and out of boredom need a place to go to drink and do drugs without the knowledge of parents and authorities. Those kids are now 40 and 50 years old and moved on with their lives .

Class of 2004 here, yeah...no such thing took place back then...

This is my family graveyard, their was a church that was burned down and rebuilt on Old Kinsey Road now called New Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Please stop vandalizing my family and friends Graves and I know for a fact Mrs. Anna Bell Blue was a Godly Woman. Mt Zion original name name was Ward Quarters which was sold to the black family in that Community over 100 years ago, it was a school and Church. Thank you for respecting the resting place of my family and friends.

Been to this place in the 80's and there was a small church there at the time. Not too faraway from there on Brannon Stand Road is another old graveyard that we used to go to and see what we called the Witches Grave. It was a grave with a big rotten hollowed out tree growing out of it. I think the person buried in the grave was a woman named Elizabeth. I may be wrong but I remember that she would have been about 17 when the Declaration of Independence was signed. The tree is long gone now.
