Gallopin des Champs and Fact to File are miles clear of every other staying chaser. In a gold cup I'd fancy Gallopin to get it done one more time before Ballyburn and Fact to File take over next season.

I was super impressed with fact or file he looked like he was just doing enough and that was classy.. gallopin des champs will come on a ton as usual with the trip definitely on the short side . if they both stay sound we could see a real classic gold cup the best since kauto v denman.

If connections of Lossiemouth were serious in winning this race they'd have Danny Mullins on her. Putting on Patrick Mullins negates the 7 pounds weight allowance. Patrick is a good Bumper man but is pounds below the level of the top jockeys.
