To anyone curious to what’s happening here, pyke is in the river, which actually is ‘low ground’ which means when he aims his hook and it goes up to the solid ground the hook hit box is elevated, meaning if you are on low ground you have to aim even lower to hit your target. TLDR not bug, just how the terrain is layed out
