I like to think that to do what his main objective is...to completely take hip hop back to the culture he has to dominate every part of it...and the superbowl is just part of it. I have faith that Kendrick of all people is the one who can show how to do it right and still remain who he is. At the core soul of who he is he has already did a lot of shadow self work, recognized his demons and told them who is the boss lol! You made an excellent point and demons can always come back in the form of something else but I wanna keep thr faith in him and what he stands for. I think he wants to maximalize his influence. I don't know what Kendrick does with his money, but indulging in riches is something the Bible opposes. Based on how he talks about his faith in his music, I would assume he tries not to use his wealth to shore up luxuries for himself. I get the impression that he lives modestly. I don't know what charity work he does or how he uses his money and I haven't looked it up.
