Okay 1. I don’t even have ptsd or autism 2. I use my platform to raise awareness for invisible illnesses and disorders as well as service dog teams. UA-cam shows me everyday that the education is so needed. 3. It is okay to be disabled, be different, etc.

@@TheSaltyShepI think the commenter meant it positively and didn’t have negative inclinations in what they were trying to say :]. I think they meant they liked that your channel was spreading the normalcy of accommodation for people with disabilities, and their kid had PTSD and autism

@@Person.62 English is not my native language but that js wat i meant. This type of content is changing the youth, making them better informed about how we are all different but still the same.

You don’t have to tell them the reason but you do have to give the tasks.

This is actually not true. Employees are allowed to ask if it is a service dog and what task is it trained to perform. You can read more about it on the ADA website www.ada.gov/resources/service-animals-2010-requirements/

This is what you can do: Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? What work or task has the dog been trained to perform? (This means that anyone can ask if it's a service dog. Therefore, you have a moot point.) This is what you cannot do: Request any documentation that the dog is registered, licensed, or certified as a service animal Require that the dog demonstrate its task, or inquire about the nature of the person’s disability. (This is against the law.)

Per the ADA employees can ask 2 questions. 1. Is it a service dog required for a disability 2. What task is it trained to perform They cannot ask what the disability is or ask for the dog to perform a task or tricks

@@ikeohno well as a landlord the county's assistance office along with the housing authority for the state both sent out mailers saying that it is illegal to ask any tenants or perspective tenants for any information about the pet once it was announced as a service animal. So either the government was lying or you are passing miss information.

I’m not a Karen… I’m a service dog handler who is tired of seeing agressive pet dogs in non pet friendly places. And their new campaign and advertising isn’t helping.

Nope! Just disabled folks tired of untrained dogs lunging and trying to attack or actually attacking our medical equipment and best friend that we rely on to live independently, or in many cases, just to live.

There’s probably some type of handle that you can add on with screws or glue. If you live in a rental though, that may be difficult. The extra help for you might be worth losing a bit of the deposit though.

True but my mother would probably ha e the idea of ruining an expensive fridge when I can just have help opening it.

I custom ordered it from Mischevious Gear. She is currently in college so open slots are hard to get, but so worth it!

Tails of Hope service dog or canine companions may also be good

Little Angels Service Dogs, the Service Dog Connection, Medical Mutts, Tails of Hope are programs I know that do psych program dogs and are bigger in scale

Hands and Paws Canine training in Pensacola currently has an amazing program dog available. I really recommend her or Sunny Days Dog training in Orlando. In 2025 Grand Slam K9 will be open for board and trains again and she can help pick a puppy. Shes in GA in the Dallas/Kennesaw area and is also an amazing trainer.

Yes! I actually posted two recent videos on this! 1. Where they go when they can’t ride 2. Rides the dogs can ride If they can ride the ride with us, they go at our feet. When they can’t, a cast member stays with them in a kennel that Disney provides at each ride or you can rider swap

Personally, I have only taken Sebastian on Pirates once. He actually did well with the drop, I was more scared😂 you have to sit in the front of the boats with the dogs so I was scared he would fly out. He did fine with the drop, but HATED the canon scene right after having the drop so I won’t be doing that again with him. He could probably handle Frozen, but I don’t think I will put him through that

Since it was pet friendly, we were able to leave them for up to 7 hours. (Obviously we didn’t leave them for that long) and they stayed in their rufflands until we came back
