Mine is playing fast at 36rpm despite being on 33rpm setting and turning the pitch dial down to slowest it can be (seems to have no effect). Any ideas??

Like techmoan said. By all means avoid this turntable mechanism. Its putting 10+ gramm tracking force on your valuable vinyl.

Bought one and i am very happy with it, great design and good sound, bluetooth works flawless..

I have noticed if you press both the 33 and 45rpm buttons at the same time you get a speed increase which suggests the deck supports 78rpm. Obviously it would require a suitable 78rpm vinyl and a needle upgrade. This is a L7809BK model Is there a revision change on the L 7809Bk? If there has been a software update then the user manual requires updating. One mistake I read in the manual was a 45rpm puck adapter was included, but honestly where would it rest on the deck because there is no visible cut out to store it on the deck. I also never received it in the accessory pack. Then again it came with a 2 pin euro plug which suggests a very reputable hifi store in the UK is importing from europe. Or is this deck that I own some kind of frankendeck from Lenco? I am honestly interested in your response. Please don't think I am being negative, I am just surprised that my deck seems to support a feature that was not originally supported.

A lot of people gave this turntable 1 star because it was playing records too fast or too slow because Lenco completely forgot to mention the presence of 2 holes at the bottom of the unit for motor speed adjustment in their manual. Other than that it's a really good budget player with really nice sound thanks to ATN3600L stylus package
