To put into context, I did the GDL in 2016/2017 as an international student and was awarded a 2:2. After completing the GDL, I found that I was unable to fund the BPTC straight away. I therefore went for an online taught LLB as I knew my GDL would go stale before being able to raise funds for the bar course. I am now considering going for the bar in 2025 and currently applying for bar scholarship.
