I guess im a desperate person who stressed always, so far have issues with sleeping. Taking relaxants that should put me to sleep, i can't. 2nd night hearing this after 5 min i guess my body relaxed and started to feel pain from contracted muscles, i only hope to sleep like a baby because even if i sleep i wake up after 1 hour or so. Havent got a good sleep in a while, lets see how it goes for future nights

Before I found this video I was super irritable at my toddler just felt tapped out constantly and overstimulated been listening to this before bed and I swear I’ve been so much more calm and patient and happy this is the only thing I’m doing differently. Hi, something real weird happen to me while trying to listen to one of your other newer videos . Instead of relaxing it caused me a panick attack. I will comment under that specific video. It happen twice, the second time, i got insomnia. Is that normal? If i listen to your stuff during the day is magic
