Autocall SA fire alarm panel
This video shows the operation of my 1950s era Autocall SA fire alarm panel system with a pull rod/trip bell. The second cabinet is an Autocall AD auxiliary signal panel that was produced sometime in the mid 70s.

A unique view of NKP 765 as she steams through the Cuyahoga Valley National park on the CVSRR. Taken using a Galaxy S7 sandwiched in between two pieces of ballast! The sound is a bit blown out as the train approaches due to the flange squeal affecting the phone mic.
It breaks my heart that I haven't even been there since I left in 1994😢

what was wrong with it to be demolished? In reality, this was a complete waste of taxpayer dollars. it would've been much cheaper if they preserved the existing building and remodeled the interior. take a look at Akron's East high school for example, it's an original building from 1955, which was renovated around the late 2000s and escaped the wrecking ball. Hell, it even outlasted many schools in Akron. if they ever build a new high school here, it's gonna look like shit. A lot of the newer buildings are absolute junk with a lifespan of around 25 years. I bet the school district might regret this in the future if there ever is a future surge in enrollment.
