Founded in Acacias, Geneva, in 1901, Motosacoche took its name from Henri and Armand Dufaux’s self-contained cycle-motor power unit, literally ‘une moto sa coche’ or ‘engine in a bag’. The 211cc motor was soon being manufactured in substantial numbers and the brothers set up a subsidiary firm to market it in the UK. This led to collaboration with Royal Enfield, who supplied the cycle parts necessary to market a complete machine and used a Motosacoche v-twin engine when they recommenced motorcycle manufacture in 1910. The Motosacoche and Royal Enfield ranges were effectively identical for the next few years, but after WWI the Swiss marque’s presence in the UK market would be limited to supplying its MAG proprietary engines to other manufacturers.
The engine runs and the bike is in overall good condition. The carburetor has been replaced from one of the 1950´s. The oil pump needs an overhaul. It has complete paperwork from Austria.

Oui j'en ai une semblable
Hello, did you only changed the cylinder to get the 70cc?
The exhausts look very restricted at the ends……
It's perfect!
The best BMW motorcycle ever; unfortunately built for a bad purpose.
what did you pay?
I & one of my High School friends both had one. 8 mile ride to school. We'd take that one screw out that held the guts of the muffler in, we'd ditch the mufflers & had a machine that was incredibly loud. The resonance @ 55 or so would vibrate your lungs! We'd blast by the school bus & wake up all the kids sleeping on the way in. Fun days!
Beautiful machine.
Nice ❤
Air cooled engine should not stay so long without moving. Moving provides cooling. You can easily overheat engine heads and pistons.
❤ can't beat em
Barrows Plains
Bring them back
帥❤
great motos
Stupenda e in vendita per caso
I like your tank colour , is that a big fin head on a small fin barrel , I have a 54 b33 pretty modified to 600 cc .cheers

The coolest motorcycle roar I've ever heard
Lovely sound!
Let's go to africa🎉
That's a beautiful bike, would love to find one some day.
Beautiful can I have it
Love the sound of a boxer engine.
It was was not only an ohv but an ohc engine.
One cylinder is missing in idling
a piece of history!!
Too much echo
Thats definitely not 125 , with 2 carburettor.. Its more a 250
With 2 exhaust?
7.5 bhp/ 3600rpm torque 10.5 nm/3100rpm max rpm 4500 mass 100kg 3 speed transmission
VERY NICE! How much do those sell?
My Great Grandfather had one in Hamburg in the 1930s.
Pretty bike-sounds great.
Does it use slingers like /2 BMW .?
Wonder what its worth? Beautiful machine.

Oh yes, the Fizzys that were around in my early days may have been able too burn my M33 (Nixsey) off at the lights but the sound we made was truly awesome and I consider we “won “on shear sound! Godzilla on steroids! RAHG
Are you sure that this is a B33? Doesn’t having the heavyweight gearbox, as do M20s and M21s, make this actually an M33? Certainly that looks like an M series frame too. There are internal differences between a B33 engine and an M33 engine. The connecting rods are a slightly different length and therefore the gudgeon pin hole is higher or lower on one or the other (I can’t now remember which way round is which). I found this out the hard way when I bought a new piston for the bike I bought which was advertised as a B33. Fortunately Les at Russell Motors had everything in stock. When I took it back and explained Les said, “Oh, you’ve got one of those!”. He even had original BSA oversized valve guides! The exhaust valves tend to run hot and can seize, necessitating replacing valves and guides often. Eventually the drilling in the cylinder head wears. BSA’s answer was to supply oversized valve guides which needed to valve guide drilling to be rebored to fit. Whether B33 or M33 they’re grand bikes. Have fun. If you ever see NXY 688, my 1st “big bike” on the road after my test, wish the current owner well from me and give my fond regards to “Nixsey” herself. We had a great time together with many cherished memories. RAHG
I have one for sal m 1942
AJS did an R10 500cc around this era...... if you re going to copy something lads at least have the courtesy to pick a new name !
It's misfiring on at least 1 cylinder. I can hear it.
It sure sounds like it.
