NO i don,t love you
Do you always have to say yes or can it be implied?
It can absolutely be implied. The game often uses it to reinforce the lesson of accepting offers, but I've played without. As long as you're accepting their offer of information about the world and adding your own, the phrasing can differ.
What if you say “no, but…”
Even funnier
Good question
@@socadancebookmcleod490 I had an intimacy director for a play I was in implement this method but adding the option of “no, but.” The intention was to promote the expressing and enforcement of boundaries, but it ended up also stimulating even deeper thought and improv skills in the moment. I appreciated it a lot.
If it is distracting from the original prompt it's not helpful
@@smartsmartie7142 Why not? And what if you say “no, but,” without distracting from the prompt
fat man, every time you look at him you touch your glasses. BET YOU DIDNT KNOW THAT
hiii
What would be the next progression in this level of play? Like you’d do this exercise then move on to what?
Amazing ! Laughed so much
Не, вот форд внатуре фокус

Ariana is coming lol
1:22 onwards
Thank you for this upload! This is perfect for teaching ID/D adults that I support.
I have never found a better explination of "yes, and..." I finally get it! lol I loved the look after he said "Fried Allergy Medication"! lol I was thining waffles!
Love it! I use it with my higher levels esl students. Your tips and suggestions are helpful big time ❤
Dope game very helpful
Please post more of these. I love! Super helpful for my improv audition.
lol I finally got the game, I was told to play it on stage with another person and I screw it badly hahaha, they were all laughing because I just didn't understand the intonation of the ''yes, and....'' and just answered the most non sense things. You explained it very well, THANKS
lol
That was awesome. Ive always wanted to get into Improv. Thanks for the laughs
Hi
my left ear enjoyed this video
You did not say Yes / And every time and you took too much time to get to the exercise itself. You don't have to explain it. Just do it for us and we will get it. Yes, and you're a dwid. yes, and that rhythms with squid. Yes, and, get on with the show. Yes, and where's the trained elephant.
You dont literally have to say "Yes, and" you just need to build off what the other person said
His “YES” is killing me 😂
Kaitlin was innocent, but she doesn't had a story to sell. I love that irony on Chicago, Blind Justice preffer to save Roxie.
"You could use it in a show" hahaha please god no
Great video. Thanks guys!
Incorrect
i LOVE LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS!!!! she plays Audrey SO WELL!!! Amazing work as always!! :D
love the Mummy Shirt
Yes, And... I think this is one of the most empowering principles for daily life! Thank you!
Doing improv taught me to apply it to 'reality'.
No, but it makes it easier to carry a conversation
@@SwithinMutalehave you tried it?
Isn’t? it literally shifts your whole frame of mind, when listening to something you don’t agree that much. Knowing that everybody is entitled to have their own opinions, and acknowledge someone’s else, besides, you add more information to that topic showing so your side of the story. When your mom says certain things, you may not like it, but “Yes, and…” and you either add something or plant a seed. Both people can grow and improve their relationships at home, with their family, partner and children. “Yes, and…” if correctly framed can switch conversations from being one against the other, to both people working towards the same goal, the real truth, realising we have only found different ways of getting there.
What do I do if I Play the Marvel Kahoot but by one even though I know nothing about Marvel and we have a class full of Marvel fan boys
Why does he sound like Kermit the frog
thank you so much!
The darkest part in all of Chicago
3:04 "Do you like fried chicken?" "Yes, and it goes well with my fried allergy medicine." [Immediate confused look]
Yep. We saw that

Hi
👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽, I have an audition tomorrow. It will be based on Improv games... I am going to pretend I must lie to save my life as I add to the story. Eeeeek❗#thevelvetloungelife @The Velvet Lounge Life
OO HOW DID IT GO?? THAT SOUNDS COOL!!
Nice video! I liked your order of watching movies
Thanks! But why this video has so few views??
YES Few views AND thats because they break one of the rules...Yes and you dont need to be "funny" every time...because then its not Improv YES AND its better when NOT formula predictable..yes and's welcome LoL
Because it is god awful
Sometimes it takes a little longer for greatness to rise to the top. But it always does. ❤❤❤❤❤
I like it

There is nothing more funny than seeing your theater teacher acting as someone who is completely different
