No I've been in Imperial City for the entire event. But my home campaign is Ravenwatch and I play there regularly. I've seen the name before though.

Yes definitely. Put dots on him continuously, tanks struggle badly with dots. However there are a few sets that can fool players into doing damage to themselves. Pale Horse on red wears Thews of Harbinger and builds high health so when he blocks damage its sent back to the enemy as damage. That means that if he blocks you do damage to yourself😂 I would apply dots as much and often as possible and only unload DPS when they are not blocking. Good luck and I'll see you out there soon👍
