Welcome to Part 1 of our Strength & Stretch Series! This week, we’re targeting the glutes for a fun, balanced workout that builds strength while increasing flexibility. We’ll kick things off with barre-inspired exercises designed to activate and sculpt the glutes, and then transition into a series of deep, relaxing stretches to release tension and improve mobility in the hips and lower back.
This session is all about finding that perfect balance between muscle activation and release, and it’s a fantastic way to tone up while giving your body a chance to unwind.

Glute-focused exercises to strengthen and lift, all with low impact.
Yoga stretches to lengthen the glutes and hip area.
A workout that boosts strength while also promoting flexibility and ease in movement.

      Hey Gwen, thanks for giving it a go! Mandala Vinyasa is all about repeated sequence in a 360 degree pattern on the mat, allowing you to drop into a flow state through the repeated sequence. If you didn’t like the repetitive flow, give one of my Dynamic Vinyasa flows a go rather than Mandala. In this series, they will all be repeated sequences as stated in the playlist info 😊 thanks!
