Any clear calculatable definition in between Small data and big data? example: small data is not more than 1million records? big data must have at least 1 billion records?
I want a code for build that model..if you can do the code part also it will be very great ful
CAC, Customer acquisition costs
Thank you so much. I will work on small data on my thesis. Can you give me idea of some real life fields to work with small data??
Very Good Video, thank you ...
Today going for job interview for a sale role and recuitment agent send me position description and KPI are way too ambitious They require sales person to do 150 cold call per month 80 face to face appointment per month 15 new customers sign up per month This is literally I felt is near impossible the industry they in are laundry services, when you do 80 face to face meeting a month that is 4 per day how can you have enough time to make cold calling and when do cold calling it is better to research the company you are calling so you have very general idea what they do Assuming you driving on the road visiting customers travel time, lunch break, even you might require toilet break 2-3 times a day all that time will be wasted What do you think of KPI? Do you feel is achievable?
LOL I loved this video, thank you. 'You have problems' :')) hahaha
Thank you Riccardo...
Well explained sir. I would love to put that into practice.
Mr. Riccardo it was simple and concise to learn CLV any thanks.
Thank you, but the formula mentioned in the video works only for subscription based businesses but not an e-commerce website or application that is selling goods
It's right this sentence? "Customer-Centric companies do this by aligning their development and delivery around current and future needs of COMPANIES", I think instead of COMPANIES it must be said CUSTOMERS.
Thanks Sir
Which jobs are come under customer feedback Analysing
Thank you for the simple explanation Riccardo!
The content is so relevant, i was looking for information about small data and yours is perfect. 5 stars
Enjoyed this, thanks man!
You can choose for one of the above gifts
Thanks Brother.
*spelling mistake - what is customer - not costumer - two totally different things
Do you know of a chart that shows an estimate of each type of businesses CLV? It would be very useful to be able to quickly refer to when selling advertising.
Very good explanation, well done
Very clear...
Thanks man!
Very clear Riccardo, thanks
you said the average duration relationship is customer divided by sum of year but then the formula is written sum year divided by customers. ...
Great tips Riccardo - I've watched the first two and will watch part 3 next. Really like how you differentiate between underperforming employees that need feedback and those that don't treat a customer in the way a business prides itself. Great tips!
So, in the end did you manage to buy the domain in some other way?
Very insightful! Thanks for sharing this
Dear Friends, I have a question: With a product have many versions, I want to estimate the life of a customer according each version to calculate the CLV, I think I will determine the life cycle of each version, right?. Thank you?.
Dear Friends, I have a question: 1/ in the CLV, the life of a customer is an estimate of the time between a customer's first purchase date and a customer's last purchase date, right?. Thank you.
Yes, I believe that is correct. CLV, or CLTV as I like to call it, is the potential value of a customer over a period of time, which is ultimately determined by the historical data of the company's current and previous customers, and there are other methods as well in terms of calculating CLV.
@@koenatshegofatso5707 Do you know which method is suitable to use in industries?
The average sale for the boutique clothing retailer, Venice, is P2,500, and the average customer shops with them three times per year for two years. After calculating the cost of goods sold (COGS), overhead, marketing, and all other administrative expenses, Venice’s profit margin is 20%. What would be now the CLV?
FYI: the link to the third video is the same as for the first one. Please correct that. Thank you in advance!

Suppose you run a Fashion Garment Showroom, what will be the Customer Life Time Value if a consumer is estimated to do 5 transactions worth Rs. 2000 each and you earn a profit of 20% on every transaction? (Answer to be mentioned in whole number)
Thanks man
Thank you
♡ thanks
Thank you. Saved me some time.
GoDaddy's 'Premium Domain' broker service is anti-consumer, it's amoral, and it should be illegal. And there appears to be no regulatory body that's interested, leaving it up to consumers like you to blast their reputation in the public space. I will never do business with them again.
