My best guess would be that you havent looked at the detectivw board you have to do that before the mission will activate

It's locked until you get to the sixth detective mission - when you complete the Haunted House mission the door will unlock

Sorry I hadn't seen your question and I hope you have figured it out - yes it is at the police station. When you complete one mission a new one will be available at the dawn of a new in game day

Hi - yours will most likely not be at the same locations as it spawn at random - it can take many hours before it spawn. Make sure you always choose the hardest level of the map I think it took me about 8 hours to complete this collection

Idk - it seems like many haven't completed all collections prior to this, so now they have an extra reason for finding all the artifacts

This is one of the artifact that is based on luck - you need to buy a hard mode treasure map at the map vendor in the main city and then find the treasure that is within the circle that you get on your map At some random time there will spawn different artifacts at different locations, so yours might be in a completely different spot than mine It can take many tries and many hours - others are lucky to find it right away Hope you are one of the latter 😃 Good hunt and good luck

No, it makes you travel to a pre-determined place on the different Islands. On the main island, for instance, you arrive near the mayors mansion, if I remember correct 😃
