So I update to a new iphone every year. I also acquire about 30 cases per year for each iteration of the iphone. I love the kevlar phones and the new trend of the patterns. I have the Pitaka but my problem is exactly what you said, those cases are not raised at the front so as to be able to put it face down without contact with the screen protector. You should try the Arc Pulse. I have had one from every case since the 14. The design speaks of pure physics. My phone has fallen a few times and Arc has -protected it. It's design protects where a phone usually get damaged when it falls. Come on Trini, try it 🤣

I have an iphone 11 , i have been using this from last 4.5 years , now the phone has some black lines , i wanted to upgrade to new iphone 16pro , so it will be any worthy?? Or should i wait for iphone 17 as it is rumored to have a new design and some new specs….

Button feels rushed to production. Apart from the inconsistency of use, the default use (zoom) doesn't go right across the scale on one swipe, which doesn't work for video. I do like the long-press to start video recording, though! I do wish there was an option not to keep holding the button. If you do the half press, and then full press for photo, you do have to be careful it doesn't take a 0.5 sec video instead!

Also coming from Pixel 6 (bricked by uypdate), wondering how Lena fared with the WhatsApp transfer - that has to be the worst upgrade experience I am STILL going through!

Talking about screen protectors, what I dont like is that usually, when using a phone caseless, swiping from the bottom or from the sides, you can feel the edge of the screen protector, it cuts into your fingers. Apple’s quality control has been awful on their cases ever since the iPhone 15. On iPhone 15 cases, the charging port hole is not centered with the phone and the silicone cases for the iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max the speaker and microphone holes are not lined up either so I don’t know what’s going on, but we don’t never had these issues with any of their cases before.

Totally understand your views on upgrading to the newest phone but I have to get the latest iPhone when it gets released but I do not keep them for long I sell it and go back to using my iPhone 14 Pro as there’s not really a big difference to that and an iPhone 16 pro seriously apple have stood still for some time

i bought my 12 pro november 1, 2020 and have been running 15.6 for the last 2/3 years. just upgraded to the 16 pro and it’s night and day, absolutely zero complaints about the 12 pro, that’s why i kept it for as long as i did. probably going to keep the 16 pro for a long time too lol
