Lars could learn a few things from Carter.

Awesome! Must say I do prefer a straight 4/4 rock groove over his unique and fantastic style. Personally, I like Lars for Metallica. IMO it goes with their rebellious, irreverent style that made them unique. If cliff and James were ok with Lars, we should be, too. Is Carter a better drummer? Well, of course, he is, but he also just so happened to find a guy who wrote weird songs with odd time sigs in which Carter could be Carter! He’s not a metal drummer. His style doesn’t fit metal. But with DMB it’s PERFECT!!! He’s an icon, a legend. But guess what, so is Lars, metronome be dammed. Haha!
