Most people find housekeeping tedious or boring. In my life I have experienced how a clean house can make you feel relaxed, and how some actions even generate an ASMR reaction. In this messy world, stressful lives, I truly hope to have the same effect for the others.

Pajamas are definitely not my kind, I generally choose something elegant to rest... but I can't resist to these cute Happy People brand characters, they are so sweet and funny... and warm when it's deep winter. 100% cotton interlock jersey is a good quality one, do not exceed 200°C anyway and be sure to avoid the prints...

Love your partner with homemade chocolate bars... here's the preparation procedures. Be careful to not exceed 40°C with white chocolate, 45 for milk and 50 for the dark one. Relax seeing gentle movements and hearing scratching packages.

Only a few minutes of relaxing movements. Our old wooden table needs to be cleaned. Use water and a delicate detergent with a soft sponge, and then rinse with a damp microfiber cloth. Gently massage the table and just relax...

Not the same effect, nothing compares to ironing, here I tried to complete the job: after ironing it, making up the room with new Gabel cotton parcale duvet cover. It's a good quality product. Sensations for skin are impressive, hope it's good to watch it... always no talking, always gently care of my house.

Another Sunday, another long session of no talking ASMR ironing a duvet cover... this sheet is made in Italy by Gabel, good quality/price compromise, it is smooth and pleasant on the skin, I would keep touching it for hours. I am really satisfied to have purchased it. Hope you enjoy its sound.

Long delicate ASMR ironing session on this beautiful satin sheet... big duvet covers are generally hard because of dimensions. With cotton you can reach high temperature but here I prefered to keep it a little bit lower because of prints. Sure it's been long. Hope you enjoy it, as always I hope it contributes to make you fall asleep.

Special ASMR ironing session dedicated to our friend @pantscrease3677 Creases are generally applied to elegant trousers, not to jeans (exception done for Levi's 417, very popular in Italy in 1998, can you remember it?), but here I could make experience with an old Luca's pair of jeans... hope you enjoy.
