That bechamel is so lumpy, it's better to whisk it,also add milk warm and gradually.

In this part of the video I don't like when you have to guess what they are making try some audio and not just visual I can hear in fact I can hear a penny drop or a door open and close. I have excellent hearing and I don't like games.
