From the President of Crossroads Civic league
Hello Everyone!
We have had quite the response from the City about the crime in Crossroads.
I guess a bullet thru the Civic League Presidents window gets you some attention.
The crime is everywhere, not just Crossroads and in response the City has made numerous changes.
Our meeting will be focused on what the Police and City Council are doing to keep us safe. They will discuss what they have been doing and suggestions that we 'Crossroads" can do to help our community.

Our August 11th Crossroads Civic League Meeting will be focused on the Crime that is occurring in our Community.
Our meeting are open to public you do not need to be a memeber to attend this meeting
We meet at 630 pm at the American Legion Tidewater Post 327, Norfolk, Virginia located across from Northside Park at 705 Lesner Ave.
Our guest speakers will be the Commanding Officer of the 2nd Precinct Capt Karpovich, Sector Commander Lt Dixon and Community Resource Officer Toth.
And several other represenitives from the various departments from the city and City Council.
They will be coming to answer questions as to what they are doing to protect us and what we can do as a community to assist them.
It is time for us to take back out neighborhood!! It takes all of us doing our part.
Spread the word, we need as many people at this meeting as possible for us to be taken seriously, that we want the crime to stop!
