This is the most beautiful thing I have ever heard. And I mean it. Can't believe I have never known him before since I started being obsessed with musicals.
Oh yeah, the power and range and color of Warlow ‘s voice is the best ever I ve heard by a broadway singer doing Valjean, and I ve heard them all. He has a giant “Enjolras” kind of voice. But Colm Wilkinson is the ultimate Valjean to me.
Anthony is a very special man. He has a cancer journey, too. I think this adds some deep, soulful expressions to his performance. A beautiful soul, is he.
Anthony voice is just so beautiful...this is my favourite version....i heard him live and i found tears were running down my face. You are drawn into the music and feel the words
With a little talent and plenty of practicing, you can do it too. I'm a high baritone and it's safe to say that I can sing 80 percent of it after a couple of months of training.
+Melissa Lethco (Artemis1020) Never had any vocal training, but I think I can reach the notes pretty easily? Only notes that are a bit hard to reach are the very last ones when I'm tired. Maybe I just sing wrong.
+Melissa Lethco (Artemis1020) This is not an uncomfortable range for males. This is an easy song for a tenor. For a baritone, it's possible with some training.
Mathew Hutchins Agreed, although the song doesn't lend itself to the deeper/richer voice. it is best sung by a lyric tenor. A baritone for the most part would have to do this in falsetto whereas a tenor just sounds like falsetto, making the transition to the powerful notes more comfortably. Seriously, Jeff Leyton is the guy, check him out
Anthony Warlow without doubt is one of the great Musical Theatre singers of the world. His voice is just magnificent, I am happy to say I have most of his recoded CD's, they take pride of place on my mp3 player as well.
Yup! He's a baritone. A light lyric baritone, but a baritone none the less. There are many baritones that can reach high A's and Bb's, but I don't think many of them would present them to the public eye. Well, I wouldn't anyway.
Yeah I'm a baritone my standard range is E2 to Ab4 comfortably but I can hit an A with a little strain and an A# if I properly warm up (once hit a C5). But I wouldn't really sing an A or above to anyone
Also tell that to Hadley Fraser, I've heard him hit an F2 very comfortably, making him a baritone; but he's also hit a D5 on stage a few times. That man doesn't know what vocal range means
Hi dear Sato :) there is never a late answer, just an answer. I am so glad that you enjoyed this as much as I did. Once in a while you hear a voice that touches the soul. This man's voice does just that! I listen and listen and never get tired of hearing this song and his voice. It is music and it is voice. Greetings back to you :) Wade
Sorry that I am replying a year later! I just discovered this great singer and man a few days ago. My cousin lives in Australia and she is a singer. She has met him a couple of times and says he is a wonderful person, as well as a great singer! My whole body became a goose bump from the very first note! So, yes, chills, goose bumps and complete awe :)
What an incredible voice ❤❤❤❤
He must come home. I have been waiting for 1000 years. I love him.
Exquisite! ❤❤❤
Simply the best version of the most moving song … no doubt!
I keep listening to this performance:without doubt the definitive version;the purity of his voice and the emotion:exquisite.Thank you Anthony
I never thought I would say this ;This beats Colm Wilkinson(just)!!!A beautiful emotional performance
Gee Whiz! That was beautiful. ❤️❤️❤️
This vid posted in 14 years ago, I'm glad it still here and let me found this gem 😭
Stunning…
Hes tenoer
I love this song, still in 2020.
I love him and this song. Always have tears in my eyes when I hear it and get goose bumps
Wow just wow, perfection.
This is the most beautiful thing I have ever heard. And I mean it. Can't believe I have never known him before since I started being obsessed with musicals.
He’s a baritone???? Impossible!!!! He has to be a tenor!
No, he's a baritone. Can sing quite deeply. Any baritone can sing this but clearly not with the soul and gift of this man.
Stunning - the best at this song
Best and most emotional version ever. You can sing anything, you bugger. I miss our theatre days together. Sincerely your wiggie
A magnificent singer! Though it’s not original, I’d call him a baritone tenor!
David Solomon he’s defiantly a tenor although he has a wide vocal range.
voz sensacional, no Brasil ele é desconhecido.

Paul Zenco He is widely regarded as one of the best Enjolras ever!
Anthony Warlow should play Jean Valjean. At the moment my favourites are Colm Wilkinson Peter lockyer and Alfie Boe
He could sing the phone book, always perfection! I've seen him live about 9 times!
My mother loved this, she would cry all the time it played. She passed away 2 years ago
What an amazing performance!
Wow this made me cry!!!! Beautiful!!!!
Lord, why have I not heard of this singer/performer?!? I thought Alfie Boe sang this best... I may have to reevaluate my opinion after this!
Anthony is a very special man. He has a cancer journey, too. I think this adds some deep, soulful expressions to his performance. A beautiful soul, is he.
@@temp850 Just FYI, this song (which is my favourite version of Bring Him Home) was recorded before his cancer.
Alfie Boe<Anthony Warlow<Colm Wilkinson.
for a moment, i thought this was colm.
Love this and he sings it so beautifully!!!
A truly Wonderful man and one of the best top singers of all time
I love this song put me to sleep in my dreams tonight don't you agree
TAKE ME WITH YOU SENPAI!!!!!
best phantom ever
Best version ever...
And remember he really is a baritone...
Miatpi Holy crap! His range isnt human...
And I think he said he doesn't have a Valjean voice
For a man who once said"I dont have a Valjean voice" in an interview he sure does a pretty good job of pretending that he has!
....wow he sings beautiful. He easily put Jackman to shame.
99.99% of people who sing this put Jackman to shame. Love him, but he was not right for this part.
最高
I love this version.
i cannot sing through this song without crying.
Anthony voice is just so beautiful...this is my favourite version....i heard him live and i found tears were running down my face. You are drawn into the music and feel the words
So much feelings and compassion. He brings you into what the song is about. Like he is really telling you the story. Amazing!
God bless you. Simply wonderful sound & song
What an outstanding Man, talented beyond belief, this sends shivers to anyone who hears him sing

This song is so painful to hear, because it's such an uncomfortable range for males. It is beautiful though
With a little talent and plenty of practicing, you can do it too. I'm a high baritone and it's safe to say that I can sing 80 percent of it after a couple of months of training.
Melissa Lethco I don't think Jeff Leyton would agree with you, he nails this song like nothing I've ever heard
+Melissa Lethco (Artemis1020) Never had any vocal training, but I think I can reach the notes pretty easily? Only notes that are a bit hard to reach are the very last ones when I'm tired. Maybe I just sing wrong.

Bring Elliott home.

Yeah, its not that hard to reach those notes for a baritone but for them to be brought so richly and beautifully, is rare and a gift.
