    Repent, for the Kingdom of God is 'at hand' Jesus said, Mark 1.15. Paul in Romans 14.17 says, "The kingdom of God is not 'meat or drink', but righteous, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit." Paul later, in II Timothy 1.7, says, "God has not given us a 'spirit of fear', but of power, love, and self-control." Galatians 5.22-23 lists the fruits of the Spirit...we all should have. Lastly, Jesus said "By this all men will know you are My disciples, if you have LOVE one for another." John 13. Jude warned, "Keep yourself in the love of Christ..." So, we believers have huge challenges 2023, living out our faith in a very complex and ugly world.

    1. Jesus says "God is a spirit" (Jn. 4:24) 2. Who is that "God who is a spirit"? No doubt, He is THE FATHER (Jn. 4:23,24) 3. Thus, you know that the FATHER - WHO IS A SPIRIT - is INSIDE JESUS (see "..from the Father who DWELLS IN ME") 4. Is there ANYONE ELSE inside Jesus? NO - contrary to the trinity doctrine - Jesus states and reiterates to be WITH THE FATHER ONLY ("Yet, I am not ALONE because the Father is with me") i.e. just Father and Son. 5. But where is the "Holy Spirit" who helped Jesus in the desert now, did a "change of assistance" occur? No "shift-change"! Of course the Father - who is a spirit - and is inside Jesus - is simply called "HOLY SPIRIT" by Jesus, see his sermon on the two blasphemies. He is thus the THE SAME ONE who helped Him in the desert, who spoke when He was baptized, who was responsible for Mary's pregnancy, who will help the apostles...

    I have enjoyed this teaching immensely. Thanks so much for posting it. To the guy who was saying you can't reason with lost people: You can't reason them to Christ, but that's not the purpose. The purpose is to demolish the flimsy games atheists play. I've seen people come to Christ as a result of educated, informed, and articulate Christians stepping up in a public forum and calling the atheists' bluff. It's a beautiful thing. The world is watching. We need more education in the body of christ, not less. People are literally starving for this.

    Jesus was the 'Son of Man'. He said so himself but he never claimed to be god or a trinity. The Trinity was included around the 4th century. You won't find the word 'trinity' in the Bible. The idea came from the Roman Catholic church along with Purgatory and the worship of Mary.

    • @cjn0423
      @cjn0423 Рік тому

      Well, I guess we should just throw out our whole faith then, right? A little research shows the first mention of "trinity" is in the late 2nd century. It is used simple to describe and understand what we know of the relationship that Father, Son, and Spirit share. Here are a couple verses (of MANY) that support the "Doctrine of the Trinity" 1 Corinthians 8:6 | 2 Corinthians 13:14 | Matthew 28:19 | John 14:16-17 | John 1:1-2 Counter argument: The word 'cat' does not exist in the Bible. Does that mean cats aren't real? Do verses that support that Trinity is NOT a Biblical concept exist?

      @@cjn0423 Jesus taught his disciples to worship God, instead of him. Every chapter in the New Testament makes a clear distinction between Jesus and God, most notably by Paul. Try reading the bible without adding the trinity nonsense and you will see how it teaches to worship only Jehovah. "There is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." 1 Timothy 2:5

      @@gregackerson5957 This is a false statement. The Scriptures are abundant with Who Jesus is and why we should worship Him as the Son of God. I will give you many times in NT where Jesus is worshiped. Matthew 2:2 | Matthew 2:8 | Matthew 14:33 | Matthew 28:9 | Matthew 28:17 | Hebrews 1:6 | John 9:38 | John: 20:28,29 | Rev 22:8-9 Please provide some sort of evidence in Scripture, and not verses taken out of context. For 1 Tim 2:5 - Why is Jesus able to be the ransom for all sins? Why is He able to be the One Mediator?

      @@cjn0423 I made no false statement, I never said people didn't worship Jesus, but that he taught them to worship God alone: "Be gone Satan! For it is written, “You shall worship the Lord your God and Him only shall you serve.’” -Matthew 4:10. This pastor states multiple times, likewise your own words, Jesus is “the Son of God”. Really, all you need to do is look at Romans, Paul distinguishes between God and Jesus multiple times in the first chapter alone! I once heard a pastor begin ‘the trinity is nowhere in the bible’ then spouted some nonsense on why it is real, I thought we weren’t supposed to add or take away from the bible? You can easily research when pagan practices were brought into the Catholic Church by Constantine, who was certainly no believer, such as; the trinity, celebrating the birth of the sun, going to heaven after death, celebrating Satan (now halloween), etc. He did this in an attempt to unite rome under the council of Nicaea and people have been following pagan beliefs since.
