To be complete, my name is, "Alan Breck Nichols". I'm 70. Born January 1, 1954. When I saw this video, 3 things caught my eye. #1 Was "Born Under a Bad Sign". I've loved that song since hearing Cream do it. #2 Was your band name "The Silver Alert Band". I found that hilarious, for obvious reasons. And to complete the trifecta, #3 Was your YT channel name, "BrecksMusicJams". All I can say is, "Well... damn!" Maybe I'll get my bass off the wall, and if I can manage to actually practice, come darken your door someday. I'm not a half-bad singer, in my not so humble opinion. I wish i wouldn't have played so many high notes while I was backing/rhythm, and stayed in lower or middle register to give the lead more space. But that's why it's a jam, and I'm still learning.

I played a solo! 24 whole bars! Mike Milligan gave me the first solo, I'm so proud and I didn't screw up a single note. I guess I am learning something at these blues jams,. Thank you breck English and to the silver alert Band and all the jammers.
