The property is utter rubbish. The whole layout makes zero sense. Whats the point in having a hallway on the ground floor only for the owner to have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the open plan kitchen lounge? I can see that being a real pain in the backside. And then to walk up another flight of stairs to get to a tiny office. And then up another flight of stairs to get to the first bedrooms. And then to get to the 5th bedroom, yep you guessed it, another set of stairs. They should have just built 2 significant sized beautiful properties on the land than try to cram four 3 storey monstrocities into it.

Why did you make a render video and put whiny violin music over it when the property exists to be filmed? This is childlike.
