    I love the videos. Pretty sweet. Sorry I just now came here. UA-cam sucks at telling me I have notifications! I used the Boost pressur to pressurizxe my fuel system at first seemed to work well. I not have it with a electronic Fuel Pump. But I am taking pointers from your Videos. You should upload more!

      Naw this was a terrible attempt but it was progress. Maybe made 30hp these days the same motors seen 100+HP but we had to learn lessons to get there.

    I want some feed back guys would you like a vid with a few of the common carbs you guys are using? I'll take everything apart and go through them one by one part by part. What carbs do you guys wanna see?

    Im working on a 6.5 hp and doing a pulley driven turbo setup. Finally got idle perfect but even with the biggest main jet in it falls on its face after 1/8 throttle. It has a 50 pilot and a 170 main jet. Tank is pressurized with barb out of turbo. Im running a pwk 26. Not sure what my problem might be other than try to find bigger mains?? Is there something with the carb im overlooking or didn't boost prep correct with the carb?

      Where Is the pitot tube? And how big? On a 6.5hp how many cc?(212cc?) You should need about a 120 main with I wanna say a 1/4in pitot but I'll go check later.

      If you find yourself going to a bigger main from na to boost you need a bigger pitot tube.

    Hi brother from another mother. I have been racing cars, and have recently come into the bike scene, and I would like to ask some questions. I plan on boosting my cg200a engine to at least 35 hp+, on a blow through carb. So: 1. Is a stronger clutch basket & clutch needed? If so, can a cg250 clutch and basket combo, like the one you posted about on Thumper-Talk (yes, I am following your work extremely closely, you do a fantastic job) fit in there? 2. Is a blow-off valve necessary? From where I live, every thing costs too much, and I would highly prefer skipping over that part if possible. Plus, I really want that "STUTUTU" XD. 3. I don't have the facility for forged pistons and con rods. Can welding steel onto the rod suffice for the higher tensile strength needed? 4. What is destroking? Is it necessary for high power aims? How to do it in these thumpers?

    I am using a predator 212 engine on my mini bike and i wonder if i could blow thru the stock carburetor on these things

      @@oliverscorsim wow thanks i didn't expected an answer this long. but i don't get it, 15psi at idle???? is there a misspell? and is 28mm pwk too much. and can i use stock honda cg150 carb as an alternative because it is cheaper where i live. even the 50 dollar parts are too expensive for me because of the exchange rate

      @@yigitdemir4604 he’s referring to oil pressure not boost pressure, you’ll need to supply the turbo with 15psi of oil pressure at idle or the turbo could potentially eat itself from oil starvation.

    Thank you for taking your time to create this video and share your knowledge. I too am building a supercharged blow through bike (99cc two stoke). I found your video very informative. Im playing hell getting the fuel pressure regulator to stay balanced with the intake charge (20psi). I have the vent intake tube in a nice spot before the plenum but I'm thinking about locating it more towards the intercooler. It would be great if you would check out my latest vides and give me your opinion. Pretty sure I followed you on Instagram. Hope you keep doing videos.... don't pay any attention to the haters.
