Hope this help: 1) Resource Availability related risk: Project manager is responsible for this risk and need to work with HR or other teams to get the resources. 2) Team Collaboration related risk: Project manager needs to facilitate team building activities, resolves conflicts, and fosters an environment of trust and open communication
