Please never give up, retaining is the best thing you can do for yourself man, it's the first step towards self love and not in terms of the selfish ego way either, life is beautiful and I know it may not seem like it rn but this is just a test of resiliency. Find something that you're passionate about or enjoy and practice consistency towards it.
