When Should Your Child Get a Psychoeducational Assessment? | Bhatia Psychology Group
At Bhatia Psychology Group, we recommend waiting until your child is between 7 and 10 years old before considering a psychoeducational assessment. While children between ages 4 and 6 are still undergoing typical development and learning, many difficulties they face at this age are often overcome naturally.
However, by ages 7 through 10, if challenges persist, it's a good time to consider testing, as teachers, parents, and other service providers may notice ongoing struggles. Learn when and why a psychoeducational assessment can help your child’s development and educational success. Visit bhatiapsychology.com/psychoeducational-assessments-kids/ for more information.

#save_men_india #blind_laws_india In india , around 50 anti-male gender biased laws for destroying millions of innocent men every year .... A fake complain (without evidences/proof) is enough to destroy men life in india .... men time (productive years ) , money , irreversible respect is lost ... Hindu marriage law is against hindu husband in india .. #legal_terrorism_india #save_men_india #anti_male_laws_india
I didn't realize there was a mental health awareness week for men. As a teacher, I would also argue that mental health awareness doesn't really come up in teacher's college or staff meetings - there's just too much to do. So then as teachers are human, we teach what we know - and we're part of the system that perpetuates this idea about men being tough. The part about "suffering in silence" really speaks to me because in my school's play about bullying, the bullied kid came to school and shot everybody. There was a monologue from one of the male bullies that the bullied kid who shot everyone should have just "sucked it up" - either way, the narrative of men resorting to violence (or sucking it up) is tough to counter. Thanks for making this "gentle reminder". I appreciate it.
