🌟 About the Song: Celebrate the true spirit of Christmas with this heartfelt original song, "Light Up Our Life". One of my most cherished childhood memories is driving around a beautifully decorated pond at Christmastime with my family-the same one shown in this video. Now that I'm grown and have a family of my own, my husband and I have continued this tradition and hope our children will treasure these memories as well.
"Light Up Our Life" is both inspired by and dedicated to my hometown. It truly goes out of its way to make Christmas magical. And it's not just the lights; the people are just as wonderful. If you find yourself in the Utah County area at Christmastime, grab some hot cocoa from Soda Retreat and take a drive around Salem Pond. We are truly blessed to live in this little PEACE of Heaven.
I love all the lights of Christmas, especially the light that shines in our hearts. I truly believe that as we let Jesus Christ light up our lives, we will be comforted, healed, and guided through "our brightest days" and "darkest nights." Through acts of service and Christlike love, we can act as a beacon for others, leading them to the true source of light: our Savior, Jesus Christ.
