Sometimes, Excel's security settings can block the execution of macros. Check that macros are enabled: Click on the "File" tab in Excel. Select "Options" and then "Reliability Center". Check that the macro settings are correct and adjust as necessary.
CANR USE ON MAC?
AutoLISP programs can have problems running on AutoCAD for Mac. This is because AutoCAD for Mac doesn't support all the AutoLISP functions of the PC1 version. For example, it doesn't support Visual LISP and DCL functions.
CAN I USE THE FRENCH VERSION?
Some programmes may work, it should be noted that the names of AutoCAD commands may vary between different language versions. Therefore, if the AutoLISP programme uses specific AutoCAD commands that are different in the English and French versions, these commands would have to be adjusted for the programme to work correctly.

Check if when you click the “stair1.prn” button, the stair.prn file loads new data and changes the recording date to the moment you click the button.
Does it works in Autocad 2024?
I've tested up to version 2022 and they work. I'll give you feedback when I test Autocad version 2024.

Changes the settings of text styles, dimensions and scales in the file "Layers_and_blocks.dwg", adjusted the scale in mm without changing the name set for the styles.
