so its supposed to be an auto closing slider, but it won't lock the spring... the spring detatches and is concealed so you can't lock it.

Any chance to adjust the sliders so they dont lock half way when closing down? I find this function very anoying.....thanks

my cabinet has a 3/4 inch facing. Do I measure from the outer edge (meaning the facing) or from where the facing meets the actual cabinet?

You advertise a "heavy duty" 330lb load capacity brackets, but still, you show them with a tiny table-top and a portable laptop... Same thing on most ecommerce platform like Amazon (showing them with a couple of books, small plants or whatnot). I do not believe you and your marketing, which is a lie hence this product is a scam - let's not be afraid of real words! There are too many reports mentioning that they don't hold up to the advertised weight along pictures to prove it (side structural chord is too thin or ill-designed and will bend, for instance). You are a freaking liar.

Thanks for the video, it helped me quite a lot because the instructions sheet are really bad. But after fixing the bar, when i wanted to assemble it, one of the rolling element bearing fell and i have no idea how to replace it. I can see where it was but the place seems too small to let it enter. If i just place it without forcing, it doesn't work, the tray doesn't clip in. Actually, i found 2 rolling element bearing on the floor...
