afaik number configuration is not handled by retell, it's done by twilio, so you should try to fix the issue through twilio ;) Would you like to call from US => IN or between IN numbers ?

I'm not sure what do you mean by adding response. But you can process the transcript and then do automations based on that , write data in google sheets etc...

You have to rely on their estimation of number of calls and average duration of each call. Then you can calculate based on the AI API pricing.

All of these tools (make.com, retellAI, apiTemplate) have a free trial/quota so you can go a long way without paying anything ;)

It depends, for basic bots you don't need coding. For advanced ones yes you need coding.

Awesome, I'm glad you made it work ! Can you please elaborate about the Tool ID ? Was it missing in the Make.com blueprint or the html file ? Concerning forcing Canadian numbers only to call, it must be possible, but I don't know if Bland allow it at the moment. I'm not sure what do you mean about other questions being asked. But you can tweak the "task" parameter and use additional tools if you want to trigger more actions during a call.

@@Smail-AI In the tutorial you just mentioned the Tool ID and said we would use it later, but that was it. But got it figured out. I jut looked at the Bland Website - you can buy a number - $15 per month which I thought is a bit steep considering Twillio if $1.15. At least it is possible. I also wondered how we could change the voice as there are a few to choose from.

@@iainhmunro If you want more custom features and being able to pay yourself the Twilio cost, I would advise you to use RetellAI instead of Bland. The same result could be achieved but then it's a whole different platform.

You should create 2 calls with bland as soon as the appointment in created. With BlandAI you can configure when those calls will be triggered, so all you need is to compute the correct date and hour and trigger those calls with the right parameters.
