In what way are they the same? The elf is a tsundere and in love with uncle. The dude from sao is a perverted dude who forced asuna into… whatever. The only similarity is asunas and elfs hair color. Also it‘s a elf + human where as in sao it‘s the elf king + asuna… I guess human. Maybe the sao characters were a veeeeeeery weak inspiration, but nothing more.

OG Holo was a petite, yet mature woman. New Holo just feels like someone's "sassy lost child".

Original will always be better. They captured the mercantilism era better in the art style, and Holos personality and look fit her "wise wolf" persona better
