Hi, I'm Jamie so good to have you! I am a CYT-300 in Hatha & CYT-200 in Yin. I completed my training at Aura Wellness Center in Attleboro, MA. I have been an avid yogini for 11 years. Also, I'm the owner of Yoop Yoga and my classes can be found online on an app called Insight Timer, Zoom, and in person in Bay Mills, Michigan. Allow me to guide you with healing habits for nervous system recovery.

Yin Yoga for Stress
Join us for an hour Yin yoga session designed to tap into our rest & digest mode to relieve stress & anxiety. All levels. Poses will be held for 2-3 minutes. Also, if your 9-5 job is sitting at a desk all day or driving for long periods, this class can benefit you. Make sure to wear super cozy clothes.

I bought a johndeere 318 with mower deck. I bought the snow plow. First then the snow blower. After that the johndeere 318 i used in the fall mowed leaves. Used my snow plow to push leafs got the snow blower on it i had to get new Hydraulic hoses because they were Leaking. I used it 2 times this winter i love it.
That's the downside of American style snowblowers. The put those big stationary wings, or guards, at the ends of the auger and you have to ram those through the snow before the auger can even start moving snow.

Installing a heated driveway will cost anywhere from $10-$25 per square foot to install. The average cost is $8,500. While this is a large sum of money a heated sidewalk or driveway will last 15 - 20 years if it is taken care of well.

I just purchased a X350 this year. The mower is awesome, I also got the electronic automatic mulcher, awesome for the leaves. I have a good size yard at two and a half acres. I also just purchased the 44 inch snowblower, i can not wait to use it.

Handles all the wet heavy snow up here in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. I do add additional weight but that’s about it. Have the shear pins ready though.

Wow. It is so nice to learn more about you, Jamie. You are such a sweet, gentle teacher. I love the affirmations. I’m a 64 year old retired Newborn ICU nurse. Everything you say resonates with what I have found to be true on my journey. I just started doing yoga in January. I have always been intimidated to go to a class since the first day I started.
