Thanks for this video...I am trying a similar flow. I have an Account with 4000 related contacts....when the account status is updated all related contacts status also should be updated.....but in my case asynchronous flow is not at all initiating and i don't see any contact updates.

Handling Asynchronous Steps with Salesforce Flow Builder: Can It Wait? I'm exploring Salesforce Flow Builder for case process orchestration. When a new case is created, a flow should be triggered, which then runs a related flow based on the case type. I'm interested in the following types of steps: - Conditional decisions based on field values. - External API calls with REST and SSO. - Creating a Task in a Queue and waiting for its status to change. - Listening to callbacks (possibly platform events) for flow progression after external actions. - Case closure. - Notifying an agent via a task in the Salesforce queue. My primary concern is the asynchronous aspect, where the flow waits (or times out) for an event before proceeding. Can Flow Builder handle this? Any help would be appreciated Thanks

Wonderful. Quick important question -- how do we validate correctly the following business logic? If status = 'Cancelled' then 'Cancellation Reasons' cannot be null ALSO IF Status = canceled AND Cancellation Reasons ='Others', THEN Other 'Cancellation Reasons' != null ------------------------------------------------------------------- I have tried following but doesn't validate :( IF( AND( ISPICKVAL(Status, 'Canceled'), NOT(ISPICKVAL(CancellationReasons__c, 'null'), AND(ISPICKVAL(Status, "Canceled"), ISPICKVAL( CancellationReasons__c ,'Others'), Other_Cancellation_Reasons__c= '') ) ),false,true) IF(logical_test, value_if_true, value_if_false)

But why are there two FALSE at the end? The last False refers to the first main IF and the second False refers to?
If you look clearly, there are two IF as well. The inner false is for inner IF and outer False is for outer IF.
