Quick tip, if you have a Fenrir or unicorn and Wraitsoth, NEVER START WITH WRAITSOTH! If your Kash monster eats a handtrap like it does 50% of the time, you use it to search rise and keep going. Second game couldn't you have searched ponix, sp ponix, get sanctuary and just go full combo from there? You still get to get ash back from sunlight wolf and get amblo at the same time

You Must activate ulcanix Chain 1 Garunix Chain 2. Graveyard trigger first otherwise you cannot summon Garunix in Hand 01:58

i dont like how many kashtira cards there are and how little fire kings there are. Fenrir, riseheart, maybe and MAYBE wraithsoth, and arsenal falcon should be it and nothing else. Adding more kashtira cards does not make the build better sadly. This worked for the snake eye variant because just by themselves, they are very strong. In this however, the fire kings are better than the kashtira. Also this is important on "diminishing returns". So playing more fire kings is just better rather than cutting them down for kashtira.

Would 3 deception, 2 witch, 1 wanted and 1 hollowed be a good engine to splash in a deck? Which makes a great small world target for me on top of being a starter for this combo so its good to open. Just not sure of the ratios

Should def play theosis because unicorn/wraitsoth + 4 non-fire cards isn't uncommon. Raidraptor for Ulc pop Riseheart, add Garunix make Ulc Level 8, Garunix summon pop Ponix from deck. Now you have Photon Lord, 4 handtraps, and Ponix adds back for guaranteed follow up. Theosis is wayyy better than birth. Also recommend 3rd ponix over One for One so you have a higher probability of getting Fires in hand to pop for Ulc.

No Theosis means Unicorn isn't a starter. Doesn't that hurt the consistency too much?

hi! Im learning this deck and am gonna take the deck to regionals in January. Im a bit lost on what to do if you XYZ lock yourself with theosis. most of the time i only get to end on a photon lord+arvata and having to pass and it's sadly not enough to compete with the other decks. was wondering if im missing something in the general combo for that

the deck vs labrynth is a really rough matchup cause they have so many cards to basically end your turn or shut down any point of interaction. Sprights really need new support for follow-up or just any bit of extra gas

Mimighoul flip effects can only activate in the main phase(s). Huge misplay.

So before battle, around 21 mins, you could've gone xyz summon into Eternity, then battle, attack over splash mage, sky burn, pop eternity and their field spell, summon itself and one of the other garunix since they have same attack stat, attack, attack, and I think that's game. And yes, old garnix always specialed in defense. And always always always search ponix off of Ulcanix, no hesitation.

Happens to me all the time multiple copies of kash cards lol
