My cousin had the brunette version of this doll. As an adult, i have both the blonde & brunette. I believe this is the regular length of hair. When i was little, I had the 1st long haired barbie, Beauty Secrets BARBIE, with the moving shoulders/arms.

I had this doll as a child, I received her as a birthday gift. I couldn't sleep that night, because I knew I was getting her and she was hidden somewhere. I begged my mother to allow me to open her up at 12am since it was technically my birthday (lol). When I was reintroduced to Barbie and started collecting, she was one of the dolls on my list.

I just bought this doll at a Barbie doll show in So. Cal. The seller packaged their dolls in plastic bags. On the handmade header it read “Andy.” I knew it was a vintage clone, but that’s all I knew. I liked him, so gladly paid the asking price of $25 especially since he was nicely dressed in Mattel Ken clothing. But now I know his name really is “Andy.” Thanks for sharing your knowledge! I got one for my EX in or about 1999 at Kay-Bee when they were around, I still have it, now my dog's favorite toy, she loves the sounds he makes, goes CRAZY!!! I don't know anything of his history. Mine says wake-up, wake-up, wake-up when I quickly nod his head, it's hilarious!!!

Kudos on your mego doll collection. I'm sure you probably heard about the Kiss "skinny" mego dolls. They were essentially the first production run of Megos, but were pulled due to Peter Criss complaining the dolls weren't muscular, so they remade the dolls same year in 77'-78' with the muscular versions which is what you have. Interesting note that I wanted to share with other Mego collectors is that the skinny Kiss megos melt due to age of the plastic (and poor quality of the plastic used) at the time. The muscular versions of Megos will sometimes have stress cracks in the arms, legs even the hands and feet. I read this information from the Mego forum recently. The two versions of Kiss Megos that information was passed down to me by my friend's uncle, who had been an original fan of Kiss in the 70's. 😊 The only issues I ran into with Megos were the stress cracks, shattered limbs, and broken leg pins/elbow pins. Nice collection you have. Hopefully you have found Peter and Ace. Liked and subbed.

Just seeing these Diva Starz brought back so many memories because I remember getting the interactive Nikki doll for my 6th birthday back in 2002, and I was so excited to have a talking one that you can dress up and interact with, I took this doll everywhere with me and played with her a lot but a couple of years later I really don't know what happened to this diva starz doll all I remember is the last time I saw her was thrown in a box of old toys in the backyard at our old apartment and somehow this doll stopped working and and her hair got all matted and tangled up and I couldn't brush it anymore, I also ended up losing all of the snap on clothes and the other accessories too, I wish I would of took care of this diva starz nikki doll but I was only 6 and had kind of a hard time taking care of toys and other dolls i had, they would always end up getting damaged or lost but if I still had my diva starz dolls today they would be collectibles now,

I had all 4 Charlie's angels dolls. Plus Lynda Carter as wonder woman and the bionic woman and six million 💲 man dolls when i was younger. Great times back then.

That's not a Saucy Walker, she's a Posie by Ideal, which is as desired and as expensive as a Saucy. Posie has bendable knees, Saucy doesn't, but Posie has the same head as Saucy does. She doesn't say "Mama", but originally she had two different cries, depending on if she is laying down or getting up.

What a pretty Jackie Kennedy doll! I have been collecting dolls for around 8 years as well as always have always had a fascination with President's and First Lady's. I have seen a few different Jackie Kennedy dolls before but I think this one is the most beautiful. I may need to look into adding one to my own collection.
