yes you can successfully interupt it by using 13 or less frame moves but if you if use 14 or higher frame moves you will get stunned and be juggled

Incredibly reckless raven. Power Crushes at every opportunity, the move is -14. Plays like he is partying yet have reached a very high rank. It really takes so much more skill to deal with that kind of play style in T8 compared to T7.
