Extreme Bypass Oil Filter - Toyota Tundra Installation
Title says it. I love my vehicles so I protect them. These kits are awesome but sometimes a little tricky for the first time installation. Watch and learn. And feel free to ask questions, that's why I'm here.
FYI:
The Extreme bypass oil filter works on any engine or system with circulating oil. This unique and powerful bypass oil filter is an incredible asset to keep your favorite vehicles happy. That means radically increased engine life and eliminating regular oil changes, thus saving time and money. I love not going in for oil changes. Just change the stock oil filter and the extreme oil filter element once a year and top off the oil. That’s it. Oil analysis once a year is wise, or if you suspect engine problems, just to verify the oil is healthy.

My first run with the new LED lights. That's a ghost board with shark wheels and some custom lighting. Smooth, quiet, and lit! The battery kept falling off with the velcro so I did end up eventually gluing the battery pack on, but really not much different now than on this first run. I call it my "glo-board"

Got some clear deck tape from the online big river store and cut out some fun shapes and shaped them on my glo-board. They caught the LED lights and lit up like the original board cut-in graphics. Groovy. Toyota Corolla EXTREME Oil Filter Installation

Hi and welcome back to the Real Deal with me, Ernest! Today I’m installing an extreme oil filter on this 2021 Toyota Corolla XSE 2.0 liter. Extreme oil filters really caught the attention of the Diesel Truck driver market, but they work on ANYTHING that pumps oil and keeps it clean. I love having them on my gas engines as well. This Extreme oil filter is a bypass filter, it doesn’t replace your...

New to the Diesel world (2017 F350 6.7L) I have watched 100+ videos, read forums, and talked with a few longtime owners. This was the best video to teach me about the engine process and understand the EPA junk. I literally emailed Banks Power Corporate with a, "If I have to be EPA compliant, how do I correct the EGR, DPF, and SCR problems with aftermarket solutions?" They got back to me by suggesting their tuning module, pedal controller, intake, and exhaust.... So the boastful "EPA Compliant" company doesn't have a solution for any of these systems. My Vote - Delete everything. I would think the Aftermarket community would have "Compliant" fixes with upgraded systems. Hell, there's probably Government grant money for companies to do so. But there isn't.

I just bought a used fantz kit that uses toilet paper, I am about to install it on a corolla. If I were you I would ditch that brass fitting though and go with a steel one, I have seen those brass fitting fail with vibration and when it lets go you will have an oil leak fast enough to dump all your oil in a hurry, if you dont catch it in time it will cost you an engine. That being said, that kit you bought looks amazing, I am considering doing the same thing to my Toyota supra, might by this kit cause I really like the look of that anodized can. could you put a link in the description for this kit?

2015 chev duramax 3500. 3 services, check engine codes and expense warranty work. That god they were covered. Both NOX sensor's failed, DEF tank heaters. I waited for the warranty to end, then did the delete. Far more than a little in fuel milage difference. Runs far better, and no codes now for 4 years. One thing is guaranteed, keep the stock system, it'll be costing you thousand sooner or later. Plus your truck is unreliable, cause that time when this system fails is coming to everyone. Keep your old system, but do the delete.

Kindof reminds me when some in California proposed emissions at full throttle. Seems the fuel efficient little 4 bangers needed to go full throttle to merge on highways. The big, fuel thirst V-8s didn't . So they were going to put more emissions on the 4 banger and favor the the big V-8. Someone wized up. In theory, EGR is not supposed to work at full throttle - just during that really hot part throttle cruising down the highway. The problem is that EGR is hot and you need to cool it down or it does affect the efficiency of the engine. For those of us that don't want to kill the environment, we need to see numbers.... how bad is regen really?

It sounds like another way of government wanting to create more inflation, how,? Well with all this nonsense good for nothing called emissions systems your vehicle will last at lot less and it will cost you more to maintain it, remember your government doesn’t want you to be successful, instead they want you broke al long as possible to make your work your entire life, too many rich people around is not good for a society and the government knows it and they will find a way to make your money less valuable and this shit called emissions systems is one of their strategies to make your money go faster this way you don’t invest it and make money with it………………. Are air plains emissions free,? 😂😂😂

Even with soot being heavier and settling to the ground more quickly than other particulate matter, it doesn't dissipate fast enough in most cases to not have an effect on the environment in two major cases: 1. Highway driving. Many times I've driven behind heavy duty trucks (dump trucks, cement trucks, etc) or light duty pickups. Not always, but not uncommonly either, I am behind one that likely has had some sort of exhaust system modification, and lots of soot/smoke is blowing out of the tailpipe, or upright stacks. I'm effectively driving within a smoke screen of haze and fumes that at the very least dirties my car, and at the worst, is pulled in through the hvac system into the cabin where I'm breathing air. The only option is to speed, and pass the offending driver to get back to driving in cleaner air. In my opinion, it's incredibly obnoxious and really unpleasant to just be stuck behind a, for lack of a better word, smelly truck. In this case, the soot cannot fall to the ground fast enough as I'm about 1 second of driving distance from the truck. 2. City/urban environments. Walking along a sidewalk in a city, and finding yourself next to a truck that has exhaust modifications mentioned above, you'll find yourself walking through a cloud of soot or fumes. Again, sure the soot is heavy, but if I'm walking down the sidewalk and a truck accelerate from a light and goes past me, it leaves me and other pedestrians in a cloud of unhealthy fumes. The soot doesn't fall to the ground fast enough before me and others are forced to inhale it because there's no clean air around for the next 20 seconds or so until a fresh gust of wind dissipates it. People will probably say my comment is gay or something stupid but I'm just being real. The "heavy soot" excuse is one that drives me nuts. Yes it's obviously heavier and will fall to the ground but that doesn't mean everything is all well and good. Thanks for the video, watched this because I'm curious about buying a Jeep Ecodiesel and have seen the emissions systems can be pretty maintenance intensive on them.

Very well written. I’m all for maximum freedom and upholding the constitution in terms of maintaining states rights, the issues you mention could be addressed better by local and state governments instead of the EPA whose authority is too far overreaching. In simple words yea it would suck if an emission deleted diesel truck drove by a downtown shopping street filled with pedestrians enjoying their weekend with family.

I know this is old vid, but since this, I've discovered MaxMileage that Pittsburg Power created. Pittsburg Power is a Top Top Notch Diesel Shop that cares about what they do. Max Mileage is a Fuel Catalyze that causes the fuel to burn hotter, therefore doesn't create the soot typically as running without it. I've been using it for a couple years in my 6.7 Cummins, it works, Period. I know many others that use it too, it works. Don't let the price tag scare you, 3 oz. treats 100 gallons. Happy travels.

I love the emissions controls because it’s so clean and no high carcinogenic into the lung. Luckily I have a third generation eco-diesel from my 2023 gladiator. They fixed a lot of the issues on this engine. One of the biggest things is you get the EGR after the DPF so it’s quite clean now. Do 4000 mile oil change. I run 85+ redline additive in the tank as well.

So i experienced a lot of trouble , injector, pump, def tank frozen etc.. It is not made for cold environments. I was just waiting because of my motor warranty but i will delete this system. We all talk about the cure is worse than the problem. (Govt making our trucks run worse) but the truth is that most of us don’t need a diesel truck so who is creating the problem. Second read your owners manual and you will see a great improvement on your truck’s performance. Don’t let your truck sit and idle. Run it hot run it heavy and turn it off. And you won’t have any DPF problems.

Over my 40+ years as a diesel automotive mechanic, you are right anytime the government plays with stuff they have no idea how it works, the cure is worse than the ailment, in fact nothing replaces good maintenance, in addition, the products they’re using, is very toxic to manufacture, so they make it in India/China, so how much does our politicians and bureaucrats in stocks do they make off theses companies? Just saying.
