Wow, I really like the textures, the combination of the pizzicatos with the low notes works really well. I feel this takes me to a very different place.
This is a great performance from the performer, he is really connecting with the piece and is nuanced enough that you perceive all the "hollering" of the double bass, particularly when it is up high.

This is a beautiful piece. How come most of the triple and double stops in the Viola were not played? That's the one thing I was most disappointed about in this performance.

Verdi, RAVEL, Prokofiev 😍 Равеля я обожаю, так удивился что есть соло для контрабаса. Гениальный композитор. И больше удивился что в известной опере "Риголетто" есть соло для контрабаса! А Прокофьев так вообще красавчик💪 Крутое соло
