The delay in that camera is crazy

Yeah hit this bad boy up since it hit game pass. Yeah it’s still a hard pass. This feels nothing like TWG minus the power shot animations. Still gotta do the good ol hammer claw which I guess is the only good thing to say cause, wow levels of own freaking program in this game. Swing bar dogshit. Putting makes zero sense. Sometimes you line up your read and it goes opposite the grid break. Make that make sense. You fight extremely hard to get that plop shot and it just decides to throw three hard hooks on straight sticks. There’s serious clunky stuff going on too. for the love of god can we also stop nerfing intro tournaments. Played the amateur not bad. Next round in Q school. Played like the stats my player actually had. What happened to here’s some starter stats and get to it. You took a few Ls to start but after that you come around. And you can start to enjoy it. No one asked for a complete redo. Just bring back the classic feel and play add a few more courses, throw in an arcade style range and update looks and sounds to available metrics. This is a pretty good example of how bad triple A title companies have become. 2k fifa madden COD battlefield now Fortnite. How is it possible we got better quality and better longevity out of shitter equipment. I swear if they completely screw up NCAA football, then gaming is good and dead. I’m not really asking all that much just shoot sell me exactly what has worked before just updated graphics maybe test the capabilities of new consoles every now and again. It’s not complicated. Instead we get remasters no one wants that look exactly like they did when they were released 20 years ago……. Also somebody shoot who ever decided pressing A/X to approach was a good idea. Just line us up on the ball and give us a practice swing button like before…… the worst part is Rory mcclrory pga tour felt more like a broadcast than this. Especially with the fully licensed tournaments. It sounded different playing the ryders to playing ryders course in a normal tournament. Same for the us open at Torrey Pines or pebble. It’s like they wanted to make a statement it’s a new era. But failed halfway through and couldn’t figure out how to fix it.

I completely agree I’m no expert at golf but I’ve played enough golf games to know there’s something just not right with this game just bought it on sale to see for myself and holy crap the ball striking and putting is a disaster it’s horrible to play and the online is non existent and forces you to play pro settings

I bought 2k23 on sale and tried out EA's game on EA Play. Overall, I'm kinda disappointed with both. EA looks great and plays bad, 2K looks bad and plays better, and both have minor annoying flaws that get in the way. In the end they both make me wish I was back in 2010 playing Tiger Woods Online in a browser. Not a great golf sim but it didn't forget to be a video game, it was just plain fun and had chatrooms, and most importantly a great selection of courses including St. Andrews, Greenbrier, Banff, Harbour Town and all my favorites. If I had to pick a winner I'd pick EA solely for the course list but I don't think either game would have me coming back to play it regularly. I'm just not feeling the fun factor earlier golf games had.

Never had connection issues but playing crossplay with mates on 2k23 and having to text them a code to play the game together is crazy, at least make it so you just have to do that once then it remembers the person and you can just invite them from then after

There another cheese that uses the dome, 2nd to last phase of fight. You use tangle lasso to get on top. It's a grind but worth it, calus can't reach you lol. Tried your way and loved it. Good info

It doesnt matter what setting uts in even thoe i play my games on hard but the golf you can have bogeys and doubles people like that with comments like that arent exactly good i have beaten loads on a one on one game so they need to keep there comments to there selves
